Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us by providing the following information:

2. Identification of the content that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the content appeared before it was removed or disabled;
3. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;
4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address;
5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We have a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to the website and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.

Response Time

We will respond to valid DMCA notices within 24-48 hours. Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content and notify the content provider.

False Claims
